Oh my Eataly.
If I’m ever in New York it’s a must go to. Calling it a food emporium doesn’t do it justice. Its the most magnificent market I have ever seen, but its not just a market so ??? I’ve never seen anything like it, done so well. Its about 10 restaurants (maybe more) under one roof serving only the best of the best of what’s in season or made in house often times right in front of you. There’s a guy pulling mozz and a lady kneading pasta dough right there for you to purchase on the spot. Not to mention the finest Italian imports everywhere you look.
Its just amazing. A lovely lovely place.
My friend Meesh and I love to wander about and now there’s a beer garden/restaurant on the rooftop to make it even more perfect. Birreria. The espresso, the fresh veg, the bread, meats, cheeses, and wine. I love me a market, and this place.. Is out of this world.

If you like/love yoga and ever find yourself in Calgary, Hot Yoga on 17th is a must. Most challenging vinyasa class I’ve ever taken in the cutest studio. I was sore for days!

The drive from Calgary to the Icefields parkway is by far the most beautiful part of the world I’ve ever seen. Right when you think mother nature cannot get any more amazing, you turn a corner and just like that, shes outdone herself once again! Walking on a glacier millions of years old, seeing the larger than life Canadian Rockies, the bluer than blue lakes and streams, its a landscape I didn’t know existed.
This drive is a must do at least once in your life.. I hope you get to see it for yourself, but until then, here are a few pictures taken by yours truely. xo :o)

Olive + Gourmando
The cutest little cafe/breakfast/lunch spot in Old Montreal. Loved everything about it. I ordered the ricotta and toast, but all of their sandwiches and plates sounded and looked amazing.
